This Bocconcini are freshly made to order. Bocconcini means "small mouthfuls" in Italian and are a fresh mozzarella that traditionally come in two sizes: a smaller size (about the size of a cherry tomato) and a larger size (about the size of an egg). We serve the smaller size.
Serving
To enjoy the full flavour of the mozzarella, consume on or within a few days of delivery at room temperature. A secret tip from our cheese maker: take the mozzarella out of the fridge, immerse the sealed container into a tub of 30-40 degree Celsius water and wait until the mozzarella warms to room temperature. Take the mozzarella out of the tub, unseal the container and serve.
